Page Description
Use the Required Info page to enter missing information that is required by your location to save orders (e.g., patient demographic information).

Accessing this Page
- This page appears automatically when you save an order on the Order Patient Samples page, the patient does not have an address on file, and the administration setting for your signed in location or for an order choice requires the patient's address.

Entering Required Information
- Copia displays the fields that are currently empty for the patient, but are defined as required by your location. Copia System Administrators may create the location-specific required information in the Locations administration page. See the Admin: Locations page. Note that a system administrator may assign a security right to one or more roles to disregard required fields, if appropriate.
- Enter the necessary information, and then click Continue Saving Order (or press the [Alt] [S] hotkey) to place the order. Required information may include:
- Patient Demographics: The patient's address, city, state, and zip code may be required. Complete these fields as you would on the Demographics page. See the Demographics topic.
- Click the Cancel button to return to the Order Patient Samples page to modify the order or access the patient's record.
