The options available on this page depend on how you access it.

• If accessed from the Collection List page, then you may use this page to select the desired collection list from the list of available collection lists.
• If accessed from the Collect Samples page, then you may only view the details for the collection list to which the sample has been added or add the current sample to the collection list that you are creating in the Collection List page.

The list of collection lists contains those that have been created within the last four weeks, sorted by the creation date, with the most recent collection list displayed first.

Accessing this Page

• Click the Reconcile an Existing List button on the Collection List page.
• Click the Add to Collection List link on the Collect Samples page.
• Enter one or more characters in the Collection List ID field and click the Search button in the Viewing Collection List Template section of the Layout Templates administration page.

Selecting a Collection List Search Result (Accessed from Collection List or Layout Templates pages only)

1. Each collection list is displayed with the following information, sorted by Date Created:
• List ID: The number Copia automatically assigned the collection list when it was created.
• Date Created: The date and time the collection list was created.
• Created By: The Copia user who created the collection list.
2. When you access this page from the Collection List page, the collection lists that have been created within the last four weeks for the selected collection location are displayed when the page appears. Copia displays which location the lists belong to in the Collection List for drop-down list. By default, Copia selects the collection list you selected for the Collection Location in the collection list filter. See the Collection List topic. To change the location, select another option from the drop-down list, or click the Search button to select the desired collection location from the Location Search page. See the Location Search topic. You may select "All" to view collection lists for all locations.
3. Click the List ID of a collection list to return to the preceding page with that collection list displayed.
4. Click Cancel to return to the Collection List page without selecting a collection list.

Viewing a Collection List (Accessed from Collect Samples page only)

1. Copia displays the collection list to which the sample has been added when the page appears. The collection list displays the following information:
• List ID: The number Copia automatically assigned the collection list when it was created.
• Date Created: The date and time the collection list was created.
• Created By: The Copia user who created the collection list.
2. If you have not yet added the sample to a collection list, the page says, "This order does not reside on any existing collection lists."
3. Click the Add to Collection List button to manually add the current sample to the list of orders available for the collection list you are creating in the Collection List page. See "Adding Samples to a Collection List" below.
4. Click Cancel to return to the Collect Samples page when you have finished viewing the collection list or after you have added the sample to a collection list.

Adding Samples to a Collection List (Accessed from Collect Samples page only)

1. The Add to Collection List button is only available when you access this page from the Collect Samples page while you are in the middle of creating a collection list on the Collection List page.
2. Click the Add to Collection List button to add the selected sample to the list of orders available for the collection list you are creating in the Collection List page. See the Manually Adding Samples to a Collection List topic.
