Copia integrates test results from multiple, unrelated laboratories into a common database, and allows you to view a patient's complete testing profile on a single web page. Copia also allows you to use the same website to place orders and manage sample collection for one location or many.

Getting Started

Once you have signed in to Copia, where you start depends on what you want to do and whether or not you have selected a patient record. To begin performing a task, simply click on the name of the task in the menu on the left side of the page in Copia.

IMPORTANT: Before you may place orders, collect samples, or review patient information, you must select a patient. The Find Patient search field at the top of every page in Copia allows you to find and select a patient. Once you have selected the desired patient, the actions you perform are based on the selected patient. To work on a different patient record, simply perform another search. See the Selecting a Patient topic.
