Use the Sample Collection Table page to specialize the sample collection information for a host.

Accessing this Page

Click the "Default" or "Lab Specific" link in the Collection column in the Host Codes for this Order Choice section on the Order Choices administration page.

Adding or Editing Sample Collection Information

Select the Default collection option to accept the default collection information. Clear the Default collection option to enable the Add button.
Click the Add button to create sample collection information using the Sample Collection page. See the Admin: Sample Collection topic.
Once you select the collection information, you return to the Sample Collection Table page with the new information added. This information includes the following: tube/container type, sample type, container count, collection interval, and (yes/no) combinable.
Click the sample or container links to edit the collection information using the Sample Collection page. See the Admin: Sample Collection topic.
To delete a collection set from the list, click the X button that corresponds to the collection to be deleted.
Enter text into the Alternate Collection Information Set Name field to name the alternate collection information set. This field is required.
Click the Cancel button to return to the Order Choices details page without saving any changes.
Once you have completed modifications, click the Save button in the Sample Collection Table page to save your changes and return to the Order Choices details page.
