Add/Edit Recipient

Page Description

Use the Add/Edit Recipient page to add or edit the settings for result recipients. By default, Copia selects the option set as the Default Recipient Type on the Application page.

Adding Copia User Recipients
  1. Select Copia User as the Recipient Type. This indicates that the recipient is a member of your organization.
  2. Enter one or more characters in the Copia User Name field and click the Search button to select the recipient's name using the User Search page. See the User Search topic.
  3. Click Cancel to return to the Result Recipients page without saving your changes.
  4. Click Save to save your modifications and return to the Result Recipients page.
  5. Once you have added the recipient, click Save in the Result Recipients page to finish saving your changes. Remember, the changes you make when adding recipients are not saved until you click the Save button on the Result Recipients page.

Adding or Editing External Recipients

Note that you will only be able to have external recipients if an Orchard Copia Administrator has created default result delivery methods in the System Defaults administration page.

Note that Copia does not include CC external recipients on requisitions.

  1. Select External Recipient as the Recipient Type. This indicates that the recipient is not a member of your organization.
  2. Select the Delivery Method for the recipient. Based on your selection for this field, the remaining delivery detail fields change. Note that this field only contains the delivery methods created by your Orchard Copia Administrator.
  3. Click Cancel to return to the Result Recipients page without saving your changes.
  4. Click Save to save the modifications to the recipient and return to the Result Recipients page.
  5. Once you have added the recipient, click Save in the Result Recipients page to finish saving your changes. Remember, the changes you make when adding recipients are not fully saved until you click the Save button on the Result Recipients page.

Adding Location Recipients

  1. Select Location as the Recipient Type.
  2. Enter one or more characters in the Location Name field and click the Search button to select the recipient's name using the Location Search page. See the Location Search topic.
  3. Click Cancel to return to the Result Recipients page without saving your changes.
  4. Click Save to save your modifications and return to the Result Recipients page.
  5. Once you have added the recipient, click Save in the Result Recipients page to finish saving your changes. Remember, the changes you make when adding recipients are not saved until you click the Save button on the Result Recipients page.

Adding Host Recipients

  1. Select Host as the Recipient Type.
  2. Click the Host Search button to select the recipient's name using the Host Selection page. See the Admin: Host Selection topic.
  3. Click Cancel to return to the Result Recipients page without saving your changes.
  4. Click Save to save your modifications and return to the Result Recipients page.
  5. Once you have added the recipient, click Save in the Result Recipients page to finish saving your changes. Remember, the changes you make when adding recipients are not saved until you click the Save button on the Result Recipients page.
