Viewing the Diagnosis List
  1. The Patient Diagnosis History page contains a list of up to ten diagnoses related to the patient. If the list is longer than one page, use the Page links, located below the list of diagnoses, to navigate through the list.
  2. Each diagnosis is listed with the Diagnosis code, the Date the diagnosis was last used for the patient (if available), and the Description of the diagnosis. Note that Copia will not always reflect the date that the code was last used if the code is removed from the patient's list, then later readded.
  3. To narrow the list of displayed diagnoses, or to find a specific diagnosis, use the Search option. Click the Show all option to return to the full list of diagnoses. See "Searching for Diagnoses" below.
  4. To modify this list, you may add or delete diagnoses (see below).
  5. Once you have finished viewing, adding, or deleting diagnoses, click Save to record your changes and return to the Demographics page, or click Cancel to return to the Demographics page without saving your changes.
