Page Description

Use the Storage Temperatures page to view, add, or edit storage temperatures that are used to define order choice collection information in the Order Choices administration page. See the Admin: Order Choices administration topic.

Accessing this Page

• Click the Administration menu button, click the Order Choice Setup button, and then click the Storage Temperatures submenu link. You must have the necessary security permissions to access the Administration menu button.

When you click the Administration menu button, Copia opens the main Administration menu, which contains administrative menu buttons, including the Order Choice Setup menu. To return to the main menu for Copia, click the Lab Tasks menu button.

1. The Storage Temperatures list page contains a list of up to ten temperatures. If the list is longer than one page, use the Page links, located below the list of temperatures, to navigate through the list.
2. To view active storage temperatures only, select the Show active only checkbox at the top of the Storage Temperatures list page. You set the active/inactive status in the Storage Temperatures Details section of the Storage Temperatures details page. See "Adding Storage Temperatures" below.
3. If you cannot find the desired storage temperature, click the Add button to add a storage temperature. See "Adding Storage Temperatures" below.
4. Click the name of the storage temperature on the Storage Temperatures list page to edit the storage information in the Storage Temperatures details page. See "Editing Storage Temperatures" below.

Adding Storage Temperatures

1. Use the Storage Temperatures details page to create or modify storage temperatures for the Order Choices page. See the Admin: Order Choices topic.
2. Enter the full name of the storage temperature in the Storage Temperature field. This field is required.
3. Select the Active checkbox to enable users to select the storage temperature while creating order choices. Clear this checkbox to restrict users from selecting the storage temperature. If the storage temperature is inactive, Copia clears it from the Storage Temperatures list page when you select the Show active only checkbox. See "Viewing the Storage Temperatures List" above.
4. Click < Back to List to return to the Storage Temperatures list page without saving any changes.
5. Click Save to record changes and return to the Storage Temperatures list page.

Editing Storage Temperatures

1. Use the Storage Temperatures details page to modify the name or active status of the storage temperature.
2. To edit, highlight or delete text already displayed in the field, then modify as desired.
3. Select the Active checkbox to enable users to select the storage temperature while creating order choices. Clear this checkbox to restrict users from selecting the storage temperature. If the storage temperature is inactive, Copia clears it from the Storage Temperatures list page when you select the Show active only checkbox. See "Viewing the Storage Temperatures List" above.
4. Click < Back to List to return to the Storage Temperatures list page without saving any changes.
5. Click Save to record changes and return to the Storage Temperatures list page.
