Page Description

Use the Manifest Search page to select the desired manifest from the list of available manifests. The list of manifests contains those that have been created within the last four weeks, sorted by the creation date, with the most recent manifest listed first.

Accessing this Page

• Click the View Existing Manifest button on the Create Manifest page.
• Enter one or more characters in the Manifest ID field and click the Search button in the Viewing Manifest Template section of the Layout Templates administration page.

Selecting a Manifest Search Result

1. The manifests that have been created within the last four weeks are displayed when the page appears. Each manifest, sorted by Date Created, is listed with the following information:
• Manifest ID: The number Copia automatically assigned the manifest when it was created.
• Date Created: The date and time the manifest was created.
• Created By: The Copia user who created the manifest.
2. Click the ID of a manifest to return to the Create Manifest page with the details for that manifest displayed. See the Create Manifest topic.
3. Click Cancel to return to the Create Manifest page without selecting a manifest.
