Use the Diagnosis Codes page to associate the correct diagnosis codes with the appropriate order choices at one time. Note that you may individually modify diagnosis code assignments from the Order Choice Details page, accessed from the Order Patient Samples page.

Modifying Multiple Diagnosis Code Assignments

1. This page lists all of the order choices and diagnosis codes assigned to the order.
2. For each order choice, Copia lists all of the diagnosis codes that you may assign to the order choice.
3. Select or clear the checkboxes by the diagnosis codes for each order choice to adjust which codes are associated with which order choices. By default, Copia selects all of the diagnosis code checkboxes for all of the order choices.
4. If desired, you may modify the order in which the diagnosis codes are assigned to the order choice using the sort buttons.
• Click the Manual Sort button to expand the view of the order choice/diagnosis code assignments to include the Manual Sort Order column. Click the up or down arrow buttons to adjust the order in which the diagnosis codes are assigned to the order choice.
• Click the Reset Sort button to reset the sort order of the diagnosis codes for the order choice associated with the button you clicked.
• Click the Sort Reset All button to reset the sort order for all of the displayed order choices.
5. Click OK to save your changes and return to the preceding page.
6. If you do not wish to change the diagnosis code settings, click Cancel to return to the Order Patient Samples page.
