Page Description

Use the RAPS Printer Search page to select the printer to deliver or redirect reports to using remote printing. This page lists all of the shared printers for the remote automated printing services that the location's practice is associated with. In other words, Copia displays only those printers where all of the following are true:

• The printer is accessible by the location's practice.
• The remote automated printing service to which the printer belongs is active.
• The printer is shared for that remote automated printing service.

If any of those conditions are not true, Copia will not list the printer. You may modify the settings and associated practices in the RAPS administration page. See the Admin: RAPS topic.

• Click the Search button for the RAPS delivery method or RAPS printer option on the Users, Locations, and Result Delivery Rule administration pages and the Result Delivery lab tasks page.
• Select one or more outbound RAPS messages and click the Redirect button on the Outbound Queue page.

Selecting a RAPS Printer Search Result

1. The RAPS Printer Search page contains a list of up to ten printers. If the list is longer than one page, use the Page links, located below the list of printers, to navigate through the list.
2. To narrow the list of displayed printers, or to find a specific printer, enter one or more characters in the Search field, and then click the Search button.
3. Click the desired printer to return to the previous page with that printer selected to receive the remote printing delivery.
4. If you cannot find the desired printer, you may modify the available printers in the RAPS administration page. See the Admin: RAPS topic.
5. Click Cancel to return to the previous page without selecting a printer.
