• Click the License File button in the System Settings section on the System Defaults administration page.

1. Copia displays your current license information when the page opens, including who the software is licensed to, when the license expires, the maximum number of user allowed, and whether there are licenses for the Client Services Module or the Patient Portal Module.
2. If you need to upload a new license file, click the Browse button to navigate to the new file, and then click the Upload button.
3. Click Cancel to return to the System Defaults page without saving any changes.
4. Click OK to record changes and return to the System Defaults page.
5. You must click Save on the System Defaults administration page in order for the Copia License Information page changes to take effect.
